We caught that 24" and a 26" fluke earlier last summer.
The 2010 NJ flounder minimum legal keeper size is 18 1/2" !
Looks like we will not be taking very many home for dinner this year !...

My 91 year old Dad caught a 24 inch flounder In Ocean City's Great Egg Harbor Bay two days ago !
Problem is the legal flounder season ended days before Labor Day !
There is an 18 inch minimum catch...
