Have a few quick questions aimed at the oil guru's.

One wire or three wire ? Wouldn't it have to be replaced with the same that came off of it. I guess I haven't looked at mine yet to see...

My 1999 502 mercruiser alternator has went on the fritz. It's not charging.... I've had experiences in the past with GM automotive alternators and it was always the built in regulator that went bad....

Thanks Vette. I've got all winter to look into this now. It could well fix my problem which seems to only occur when I'm bouncing around a lot. It probably won't help "zipper" though, who resurrected...

What ever happened... Did you find the problem
