In the meantime, try Maguire's Marine/RV cleaning wax. It takes the soot right off.

He probably wouldn't have approved of me using a pressure washer on the Jeep top (just picked up an old Wrangler from my father-in-law) to get the mildew and stains out of it. But it worked. Probably...
For anyone that's interested, page 88 on this months Boat US magazine has an article and caring for your canvas boat covers and bimini tops. He's a link to the magazine.

I've run both M+ and REV4 on my 2007 Classic. I did spin the Delran hub on the REV4 (stock 496HO). Admiral Prop in Tampa recommended using the solid hub, which I am currently using. No give if I hit...
Good catch, Carl. That could have ended a day very badly.
Enjoy the summer months ahead. I know that you will!
That's a shame. There are a lot of motors that need non-ethanol, not just boats. If it were me and I were you (or something like that :boggled:) I'd seriously consider draining the tank in the fall....
Maybe consider doing this when you winterize your baby. It will be easier than cleaning out the "jello" in the spring. I wonder how your fuel pump and tank are looking? You may want to drain the...
I agree. This is still my preferred site/forum.
BTW, anybody want to part with a 16 Classic with v-drive?
That's a nice score to get "the" boat that you always wanted, and to be taking good care of it as well. That looks like a nice tank that you had made.
About 20 years ago I restored a 1969 16 Ski...
Are you still in the Sarasota area?
Thanks for letting us know. You may save somebody from a lot of heartache.
I love the attention to detail and the effort that you are putting into this. The hydraulic steering is a nice update. Doing the new wiring harness makes a lot of sense too. Rebuilding the Morse...
I was there yesterday, but sadly I can't make the boat show.

Amen to that!
Nice lathe. You won't regret it.
I can?t upload anything when I?m logged in on my phone.
I can't upload a picture or use a URL to show something. I recently upgraded to Windows 11. I wonder if that has something to do with it.
Nice Picture to test with. Thanks for posting that one again. :)
That's the best laugh I've had today! Maybe all week!!! :rlol:
As you know, I'm no FB expert. I found a group named "Donzi Boats for Sale". Here's a link but if it doesn't work do a search on the name....
I've done the same. I check here daily, then check the FB page and then the FB Donzi marketplace. Glad that you'll put a link to this site. It's still my "go to" forum that I check in on throughout...
I got the same thing. They need to update their security certificate. Here's a link to their FB page. Their phone number is listed there. https://www.facebook.com/DonziDirect/
He sure did bring some great boats to us. I wonder what else he would have had a hand in developing if he wasn't killed.
I often wish I kept my 18 for the lake. It was a great little 377 we built, .040 over, rollers, etc. Wish I still had it.
Nice ride! Thanks for sharing the ride and a little about our national anthem.
