Agreed on all fronts. Good to see you again, Steve. Been too long.
Same here, this one and his direct experience makes me think it’s real. Never seen one, but it’s intriguing.
Wow, that’s amazing! Incredibly thoughtful and the woodwork is gorgeous.
What he said! Good luck with the sale.
I’m guessing the Konrad will have bigger gears and more gear loss, but as you say, less drag. Good luck with it—curious to hear how the. Konrad does.
Ditto that. I watched the trailer and threw up in my mouth a little. Not bothering.
Also check that the bow eye is still on a threaded rod attached to the forward bulkhead or stringer or something. Plenty of people have disassembled those over the years for various reasons and just...
You can post pics right here in the forum...my guess is the Registry proper may or may not get much attention. Congrat# on your new baby!
And getting out and asking for directions is a PITA with those seats. :)
You’re probably well aware but if not, be sure to grab the Merc (assuming it’ll be Merc) installation guide for your I/O and find the transom thickness spec. In the old days they gave a range...
Could you be a little less specific? <wink> :)
Cool! (I just figured out where, lol.)
3-blade will almost certainly be fastest. What are you looking to achieve with it? If you know your drive ratio, wot rpm and speed with your 23p, that will help in any analysis.

I’ve used both. Lots to like about dual-lever. In several ways, I liked it much better. Smoother, easier adjustments, great for maneuvering when shifting a lot, nice if you want a few extra rpm...
Put me in the pool with “new throttle and shift cables.” :)
FWIW, if there’s a way to counterbore and through-bolt, I’d consider that instead of lagging into the wood. With it getting wetted and dried, and all the forces that can be put on if something...
Sweet! Thanks for sharing, glad it’s happy for very little scratch. :)
Has to be #1 or close in performance/dollar.
When I’ve needed a cap and rotor, starting just got progressively more difficult until the engine wouldn’t start at all. Interested to see if the cap/rotor fixes the problem with low or high...
I agree on the start-fresh versus re-build-the-old analysis.
Complete side note: I hope the “complete gel coat restoration” means compounding/wet-sanding, with maybe a patch or two, but not...
LOL...with 3, i think we have a bloc.
