always my favorite color combo. Looks great!
Evidently it has quite a racing pedigree and is very rare. How much it's worth is up to the collectors. Seems like a lot to me also but but I have no idea of vintage boat values.
I'm too cheap to pay that type of money.
year. All 96s were a solid color with a stripe down the middle. I thought this boat was actually a 97 due to the paint scheme. 96s had Ford power, 97s had Chevy power. Is an OMC Cobra a Chevy?...
Relisted for $500 less. No bids last week at $7,500. First OMC U-17 I've seen. This could be a good deal for some one. Perhaps the OMC is scaring away some bidders?...
seats must get awful hot! First Audi powered boat I've ever seen.
1K opening bid.
I know these boats have a following almost as strong as Donzi. This was a no sale last month with a $4,500 BIN.

This is up on Ebay now. No motor/rigging, hull only. That engine hatch looks huge. Is it factory correct?
at a 3K opening price. Maybe everyone is afraid that the reserve is very high and is not even bothering to bid.
V8 and a single prop I think it's good for close to 60 MPH. Very nice bucket seats/interior too.
I wonder what it's missing. Does seem like a lot for a boat in that condition.
and did not see it.
It might have been mentioned but I did not see it. Usually I see no more than six plus a tach/speedo.
It's not like you can't afford a digital camera anymore. I saw some for $19 at Target!
Where's the application form?
restoration. I'm sure the stringers were replaced when the tank was done, perhaps in a larger size. I'm not sure if the factory offered different size stringers based on the original buyers motor...
original with just a big tach in the middle? I see the lower four gauges underneath. Is that how Donzi did it in 1969? The front bench seats are kind of interesting.
Motors this summer. You might find it on completed listings.
either go for big bucks fully restored like the Reinell, or almost nothing. There seems to be no middle ground. There are plenty out there awaiting restoration.
them docked behind the Donzi dealer on Broadway and Rt. 35 North in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ in the late 1980s. Sometimes I would be driving on the bridge over the canal and see one heading out to...
U series boats show up on Ebay every so often. Prices seem reasonable for such rare boats.
Always some Donzis on Ebay Motors. Check completed sales to see what they are actually selling for, not what the sellers are asking.
I see a few for sale on ocassion. I think that 8-10K is what I remember seeing.
At least the seller says it has no markings and that it may or may not be real.
