Pinging for any updated information. I'm trying to determine the lineage of the Classic 22 Blackhawk. Which were "standard models", which are "Limited Edition" models, which had the lower...
Old thread but hope the correct sources are still on!
I have BH number 34. It somehow does have the graphics reversed on the port side! The starboard says Donzi Blackhawk Edition reading L-R, but...
Has this been sold?
The BH I bought looks like low hours....the owner was 60+ when he bought it new, so while I'm not sure if the 75 logged boat hours is correct, the powertrain is all original 502, so I can look into...
what exhaust risers did you use?
I was told the Blackhawk was "certified at 80mph" from the factory with the 502 magnum and the original Blackhawk drive. I suspect the Bravo outdrive might slow it down 6-7 mph though
I too bought a Blackhawk this winter....don't know much about it, but I'll find out. I did not expect to find this boat at the time I did, so I was in progress with another C22 building a BBC (forged...
Looking for unneeded parts...drive comp, decals, posters, etc.
Sold
Looking for a 41630T prop shaft.
In my experience, the special exhaust systems do reduce backpressure, but the gain doesn't seem to be a good value. I installed on my 18 6,2L SBC and there was no change under several environmental...
Bump....updated information and price
For sale is a 1971 Donzi Classic 18 2+3. This is a no-excuses, 6.3L 7000 rpm, 400HP SBC. This boat has been fully restored by DJMarine from the tip of the stringers to the heavy duty Bravo One...
I located a C18 from Long Island that has hull C18-445 or 446. The boat looks like the 22 above in terms of color combination. I'm trying to determine the roots of this hull number. I've attached a...
I just completed my rebuild - splayed mains, file-fit rings and Wiseco 0.060 lightweight pistons, L31 Vortec heads, all forged components, 7-qt pan, full roller valve train, Holley 770 & Edelbrock...
Agree, but until a few weeks ago, I had my classic 18 deck sitting on it while the hull was upside down getting repairs and gelcoat...so it was quite handy to have around.....and fit VERY well!
The trailer is sold...
That's the theme I hear......if I was closer. When I want something, I go get it!
Asking price is $250. Dave 248933-9409 text or call, email rockervert@sbcglobal.net

George, this link does not work.....can you point me to the putty you used? Thx!
If I understand correctly what you did, you have three sheet of 24 laid in the floor of the hull (lapping up on each stringer), so four general sections. In this view, you carried it up the...
Can you call out the putty you used in the reference above?
I plan on doing two tanks (if the one new larger is too expensive) as well....can you share some details on how you mechanically accomplished it? One tube split into two tanks, or a valve between...
Sounds like these are not worth much. Maybe I can use as a platform of a utility trailer...frame seems really still compared to some of the typical trailers out there...I can vertically shake a...
