Would you be willing to sell without the motor?
Yes, it's in the "For Sale" section on that page.
It is owned by a friend of mine and I can tell you, the boat is in great shape.
NO expense has been spared in the maintenance and updates to...
I know it's your old boat, Bill! It is a work of art!
I've known Firsty since we were teenagers in the 70's. Actually, the first Donzi I ever saw was John's "Orange Peel".....it's all his fault!...
The wider tape is getting hard to find, but I think looks better than the thinner stuff......
...
What would be the "correct" bow light?
The cap is coming off this week, so it would be the perfect time to install the correct one!
Edit.....is this the correct one? This is a mid 70's...
It might be C. It's hard to tell exactly.....
The 351C block is not original to the boat.
It is mated to a Holman Moody bellhousing.
The numbers on the HM are: 03HM-4038-1
uNDER THAT IS SAYS: GM300-4V
Yes, it is his old boat.
I don't know if it is the original bellhousing. I would assume not because it is now a duoprop outdrive and has been through 1 or 2 motors since new.
The fact that it...
Black?
Sweet!
The motor and drive are not the original ones, so those numbers won't be of any use, unfortunately.
Here is an old thread about the boat: ...
Hey everybody!
I have just become the owner of a 1969 Corsican.
This is the number on the registration: C18C24
The previous owner told me he got it from Lake Tahoe and it was originally...
RobM, correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember the "Shepard" shadow being much larger and more towards the center of the boat than it is in the other photos of Shepard Donzis.
Wasn't it?
I looked long and hard at that boat!
It was for sale about 2 miles from my house.......and was in a 9++ condition.
The Number was #001.
And it was YELLOW.
If it was an 18 I would have dropped...
If you take me for a ride, my offer still stands!:biggrin.:
I was lucky enough to run with Rob last weekend!
The Baby 14 was our special guest boat and he ran with the big boys in some very rough conditions. The boat rides great and ran a respectable 35mph...
Hasn't this boat been for sale for about 3 years?
I live here........I'm ALWAYS ready to go!:toiletpap
Is this one still for sale???
Went for the final ride of the season with Jason yesterday!
Man, is his boat ever sweet!

Ya, I saw the boat today.
Here's a thread by racnjasn, a buddy of mine who bought it a month ago.....it is a sweet boat in perfect shape.
Man, I'm jelous!...
Hey! Great boat!
Is the boat on Lake Joe now?
I live in Port Carling and my cottage is on an island on Lake Rosseau and would be very interested in talking with you about the boat.......
Robbie...
I'm pissed I didn't see this one earlier!
I would have bought it sight unseen.
Post pictures of your Corsicans for me to drool over!
Who the hell would bastardize a Corsican like that??:bonk:
Good eye on the Port Sandfeild call!!!!! Are you from the area?
I've been told that there is a "standing offer" on the boat, which is the usual salesman BS....I've put in a rediculously low ball...
Post some video, will ya?????:canada:
