They do not require any drilling of holes.
You slip them on over you 4" pipes and tighten the clamps.
They will not fit over a set of external flappers.
They fit tight to exhaust pipe....

It looks as if there is no room for a bench seat in the back though.
There was a great deal of thought put into the Magnum and I was really happy with the way it ultimateley turned out.
The only thing that I would have liked to have done was change out the TRS...
