Cabo San Lucas timeshare

Bonnie and I bout a timeshare a Play Grande in Cabo, it is a really fantastic resort right on the tip of the peninsular. It has a great view of the Pacific and is walking distance to the main marina where all the charter boats are. We realize now due to our age and some other issues we will not be able to use it. It is an executive suite with full amenities, it will sleep 5-6 and has s full kitchen. There are three pools a few great bars I know I tried them all and the on site food is great, there are also a few very nice restaurants in walking distance. The weather is just perfect all the time, a few other members have timeshares there and a attest to the weather. I have a 50 week plan with floating weeks, it can be accelerated to got more than one week a year. Bonnie and I have a tad over 12k in it but am very flexible and realistic, please PM me with questions and thoughts!
