What is the best way to strip Merc engine paint. I hate to take the sandblaster to the aluminum intake manifold :eek:

Dip it ! it's the only way to get in to all the nooks. Just make sure the aluminum will not be harmed by the chemical, neutarlize and or rinse. GOOD LUCK
