4.3 v6 headers [Archive] - The Donzi Registry

Have any of you guys found any performance headers for the 4.3 v6 and tried them the only ones i have found are the imco thumper series wich look pretty good but there must be some other option out there

Take it from me DON"T DO IT ! I had a 16 Vortech V6 put in thru hull exhaust, The boat sounds real good on an idol. But once you throttle up sounded like a damn airplane, not the best sound in the world, did nothing for the top speed. the guy who bought my boat went back through the drive, he hated the sound to,

i was going to stick with the trew the prop exhaust just wanted to save some weight andget some more power out of it. with the molded in swim platform on mine there is no way to run through hull exhaust except to have it dump right ontop of the platform

Mount the tips underwater and the boat will be quiet in the no wake zones and loud when on plane.
