Prop Help

I am running a 25 pitch Mirage offshore plus on a 18Ft Classic with a 350MPI and I am getting 4500RPM and 65MPH. I think I need to drop to a 23 pitch to get the RPM up and the speed. Would like to know what combinations you guys are running with a similar setup and what kind of RPM and speed you are getting.

Sounds to me as if you are running pretty good!
I ran around 4200 with the 25 Mirage Plus, and the speedo read 62.
Yeah, it would be nice to get into the recommended RPM range of 4800-5000, that is what I will be shooting for, but I wonder how much more speed you are going to gain by changing out the prop?
