In the specs section they list the pick up's as '57 Classics. Is that their name for this pick up style - ie: '57 Chevy, or are they actually vintage 1957 Les Paul pick up's.

Apparently the Donzi/Gibson relationship pairs two companies who share more than cool products, they also both have amazing customer service.

How cool is this....

Boxy, the “57 Classic” pickups refer to the famous 1957 Humbucker reissue pickups that we put in our guitar to give them the vintage, meaty sound.

HERE IS THE PRICING ON THE GUITARS. THE RETAIL IS MORE THAN I PAID FOR MY ENTIRE BOAT :p

The deal that we had with Donzi to directly market and sale these as a
co-promotion had these going for $3,500. The suggested retail through
the Gibson dealer network is $5538 but I am willing to bet that you can
work with your dealer for a lower price in the range of the previous.

Here is the link to Donzi Trish and my Gibson Donzi. Nice guitar although a tad goofy with 'Donzi' going up the neck. Plays really well though. I think Donzi ought to put a Les Paul graphic on the deck of a Classic and include the balance of the 100 guitars with the boat.
