If you don't care about the condition, it would be a buy it and enjoy it boat, assuming everything works.

If you want things to be "right," or what people buying this boat would consider clean, I would guess buying it would be about a third of the money needed to make it tidy.

I've recently read a number of articles about seemingly valuable vehicles
that have a price that's too good to be true. Usually the reasons are
divorce, business losses, etc. The thing that's absolutely essential is to
see it in person and all the documentation.
