Where to stay near Phoenix?

In a couple of weeks we plan to pass through Phoenix on I-10, pulling the boat. Can someone please recommend a nice hotel close to the interstate with ample parking for my truck and the Donzi? Having some nice restaurants within walking distance would be a nice perk as well. (We don't need to be anywhere near downtown Phoenix)
