View Full Version : Looking for factory specs on my 22 classic
Matty, you've been great helping out with factory options on these old Donzis.
Curious if you are anyone can help me out with what the original color was, engine, etc..
I believe someone added a windshield along the way.
The hull # is
DMR220371181
I think it's the 37th 22 Classic ever built
Thank you very much

I think those era mercs were all black with silver decals
the very early 22 2+3s didn't have windshields but did have side grab rails like an 18 does yours have the grab rail or evidence there was a grab rail
they also had a padded combing around the cockpit
hard to say it is the 37 th 22 2+3 it is the 37 recorded 22 foot built, at that time the criterion hulls were in the mix so it is less than the 37 22 2+3 built .
that hull( 37) didn't come with the 400 trs it left the factory with the more common 330 trs but it is an early one for sure
Thanks Matty
This one did not have a windshield, but one was added.
It now has both.
This has the padding around the cockpit
When I pick the boat up, I will know more about which TRS it has.
In the meantime, here are some pics
Why can't it be summer all year round?????854898549085491854928549385494

I would be concerned about how long the hull was on that trailer with rollers and no aft/stern support. Looks like a roller Classic 18 trailer?
I think that trailer was just used to transport to its current location.
I have my own trailer that is not rollers.
