I bought these Donzi S/S letters from Donzi Direct years ago and finally got around to installing them. I loved the look of the S/S lettering since I first saw them on the GT's

I also purchased the steering wheel and 40th Anniversary emblems at the same time.
DD didn't make the 40th emblems at the time, but when I asked, I was told no problem. I was impressed.

In case anyone is concerned about DD's reproduction accuracy, I've included a pic of the 40th emblems against the originals. If you notice any differences, it is in the pic only. They are exactly alike.

Thanks George.

I remember when they first came out, Donzi wanted $300/side.
When Donzi Direct took over the price dropped to about $400/pair, then they had a sale for about $250 and I couldn't resist.
Even now they are $375/pair, which I think is a pretty good price for a limited production item of this quality.

And you beat me to it .. lol

Judging by the thickness of them they surely can only be 'stick on' . (which would worry the hell out of me in a humid, hot environment )

Attached with double sided trim tape. I admit, it is a bit concerning, but I put as much tape as I could on each letter. I pulled on one after I installed them and you'd have to use a pry-bar to remove them.

If you're really concerned, you could use 5200 and just a bit of tape to hold them in place until it dries. That way your gelcoat would have to fall off in order to lose a letter. :biggrin.:

I've had some non-factory S/S letters on my trailer for a while now and they show no signs of coming off.

I'm guessing Donzi used trim tape.

Your letters look great! I like that metal look. This is what I have on my boat. They look pretty cool when the sun is on them.
