I tried the 1.32 : 1 Alpha today. I'm glad I waited to do a base line before I pulled the trigger on a new prop. I lost a 1000 rpm around 4000 @ WOT with the 25p. I put the 21 back on and it went 5000 @WOT. Whish I had a 23P to test:kingme:

Is 5000 WOT not where you want to be?

I'd like to be around 4800. It seems that the 1.32 is 250 Rpm per inch of pitch. I think ideally a 22P would put me where I want.

Craig thanks for the offer. But I'd like to bump up the blades. I get a lot of slip from the Mirages

Has any one run a High five . They have ventilation holes and run even pitch numbers. :biggrin.:

Gotcha. What kind of prop is your 21 pitch? If it's a 3-blade, I bet a 21 pitch Bravo 1 would cut slip and RPM down. My 4-blade 22 pitch Bravo1 turns comparable RPM to 3-blade 23 pitch props I've tried. (Slightly less rpm than the 23s actually,)

Try a Mercury Rev 4 prop. You will be very happy.
