Removing Scum from the bottom your boat

If you have heavy weed growth in your Lake , it's common to get a scum of greenish goo waterline down. Marinas charge big money to acid rinse in the fall ($200-$300). Save money with this tip. Go to automotive section of Walmarts and buy a purple bottle of Meguiar's " Hot Wheels'. it takes it off and no acid smell or damage. Try it and post here your results.

I have had excellent success with Toilet Bowl cleaner, just sponge it on and within minutes, it is gone.
