I need to set up the gear lash on my drive, but I don't have the "stub shaft" tool that hold the gears and the gear lash flag. It would be well over a week to get the tool...and it's over 3 weeks to get into any shop to have them do it.
I can set up the lash using the yoke, but I need to know the diameter of the shaft tool where the gear lash flag is mounted. If I have that measurement, I can calculate what my lash should be.
Also...anyone have an alternative to merc 1x u-joints?
Anyone have the tool to measure?
