View Full Version : Boat stalls when going in reverse

Need some help here please. Got the new (2005 Classic 18) out finally for the first run. As soon as you drop it in reverse boat stalls. No issues with forward and idles nice in neutral at about 800rms. Is this a cable issue?

What drive does it have?

The video indicates Alpha drive.

2009 Alpha drive, SOLD the Sweet 16, this is my new DONZI which is 1995 Classic 18 with a 2012 Remanufactured 357 Mercruiser and a 2009 ALHA ONE

Thank you very much! Seems to be the general consecous that its a cable related issues. I'll do some reading and let you know. Thanks again.
