need ideas

I picked up a waterproof blue tooth speaker for Marie's birthday gift she likes taking her music with her.

we had it on the boat yesterday and it sounded awesome if we depart the boat and go on the beach or float of the back I can hang it on the lift ring

so now I don't plan on replacing the stereo and ship to shore radio that was under the deck I am left with two old speaker cut into the upper part of the foot well.

looking for ideas to cover them i would like to keep the cutouts as they may come in handy as access holes to reach up to get to the shifter or the deck fitting on the side of the boat.

would be cool to make them functional somehow incorporate a light or make them some kind of bling

they look like standard round speakers will take measurements tom.

Ghost those are some of the things I had in mind the stow away is pretty cool

the other thought i had was the blank plate then add a vinyl decal of the prop logo with an led light in the center of the prop hub that would light up the cockpit

I wouldn't be shocked if those speakers are a 6.5" cut-out. Crossing fingers, might be a drop-in replacement with the Beckson plates.
