I talked with him on the phone told me he had some one who wanted it for 3900.00 and he would get with me if it fell thru but if I wanted to pay 4900.00 he would make a deal but he is 5 hr. from me and he did send me some more pic by phone might be a good deal but I need one more boat like I need I hole in my head
but for 3900.00 I would be on it

Tell him you want to drive out to see it and water test it. That should tell you if it's a scam. Yeah, upping the price a grand is messed up. The whole thing stinks.
