Vinyl upholstery cleaner

With the recent rain that we have had, combined with the pollen from the trees, the top of the rear seat backs have a yellow stain where the rain water and pollen have bled through the cockpit cover.

Any ideas on what to use to remove the stains?? Obviously, I don't want to use anything that will damage the vinyl.
