Does anyone have access to the database that can spit back information on these two Serial Numbers? Anything I can get would be helpful. Thanks

A dealer may be able to call Merc for the answer, in the link below it shows it to be an early unit. OB being the first issue!

Thanks for that. I think that the Bravo's first year was 1988 so that makes sense as an OC. I did not know if anyone on the board had access to the Merc database that would run the #.

FWIW my TR B1 number is 0B824615 which was probably supplied in July of '87 as an '88 model.
It's so early, it came w/an Alpha coupler, and has no reservoir inside the boat, and no accommodation for one.

Merc had kits that added a resivour using the upper vent screw, it would be fairly simple to rig one up. The best thing about using one is it relieves pressure build up from drive temp.
