my gf just bought a classic. Now she wants to get mroe speed out of it and I have a couple parts on order for minor power increases.

boat is doing 67.5 on gps with a small block chevy trimmed out and tabs barely touching seems to be the ticket to top speed.

boat has a 22p 4 blade with the holes drilled for holeshots on it right now but the dyno sheet shows it make more power around 4500-4800 so it can stand to lose some rpm's and ill get them back with the parts I ordered.

willing to try any 23-25p props. and then I'll know what prop to buy

just for info i bought two swirl torque phenolic spacers.. a 1" and 2"

i have a 1" on my moody blu, I would have gone 2" but the carb would hit the hatch.. im thinking the 22 has more depth so the 2" may work..

on the moody I gained 75-100 rpm with the swirl torque aluminum spacer and more torque.. Im getting plastic ones this time to keep the carb cooler.
