OK, So I have to admit I don't know what model this is. Criterion? That's what I'm thinking because of the "Minx" like raised sides and engine vents.

Those are silencer tips which look like they are probably air actuated.

The guy will have a tough time selling with those pictures and almost no information, but it might be worth checking out if anyone was interested.

I think this boat was for sale back a year or so ago in the same area of upstate NY, I think I have some more pics of it from that ad. If I recall correctly it was hull 6.

Neat boat, needs a lot more pictures and a better description to sell. And some external steering if it is truly 600hp... To me, this looks like a bare minimum effort to sell a boat. "Honest honey, it's on CL and ebay right now! Tough market!"

There are better sorted and presented boats on this site for the same $$ IMO.
