I have a Hill Bronson Thrasher 23P prop for sale. I have too many props. it's a 23 pitch with no markings of diameter, but I measured it to be about 15-inches. Left hand rotation. It will work on both short and long shaft volvo 250-280 drives. It's in nice shape and was great for crusing speeds with a stock SBC in my X-18. $100 plus $25 for shipping. It goes to ebay in a week or so, but figured I'd offer it up to my Donzi friends first.760327603376031

will it work on a 290 left hand

it is left hand rotation, but someone with more Volvo knowledge than me will have to chime in. I think it will work on a 290, but not 100% positive.

Yes it will work on a 290 also. The 290 is a long shaft, which is the same as the 280. You may need a different thrush washer, but the one that came on my 280 drive worked fine
