Disclaimer - I am not affiliated with these guys in any way, shape, or form, but I drive by the lot almost daily and they get some cool stuff in there.
Here are a couple that I think would be cool as toter rigs for the boat:
Old school 1987 Chevy R30 Crew Cab Dually 2WD, listed for $6k. Only 93k miles, 454. Their mileage estimate (12/15) is optimistic. Still a cool truck, and begging for a 6BT & manual swap.

1997 GMC C7500 TopKick conversion. Crew cab+, pickup bed, 4x4. Cat 3116 and an Eaton-Fuller 10spd. 147k miles.
If you want to play "Billy big rig" this is a cool truck. Would tow the snot out of a big boat and at $27k costs way less than a new 1-ton truck.
