Upgrading engine, need tabs and steering help

I'm going to need K-planes or similar and external steering for a King Cobra. Does anyone know what length tabs and steering to buy?

Who can fab a plate to put steering on a King Cobra?

Tabs on a 22 depend on the whole setup. When my 502 was stock I changed from 12x9 bennetts to 12x12 and can not say I noticed any change. I have 24" eddie marine now but that is with a blackhawk drive. I don't think 22's need much tab. Small k-planes are 17" long which is more than enough but I prefer other makers with a more compact transom design. Can't help with ext steering on a cobra...
