Well folks, it doesn't look like my Greavette will make the show (missisng another year) as the organizers are expecting so many race boats. There is limited dock space so, the slips are filled by invitation.

My Greavette is generally not considered very "special" to most in the ACBS. Probably because she's a modern design (i/o) and of plywood hull construction. She was marketed as an affordable runabout for everyday people and not the private launch of a tycoon industrialist.

So, it's a double edge sword...lots of cool race boats....but not my boat!
Rides in my newly repowered Greavette will have to wait for next year. Apologies.
