Bow Lift Eye Loose

The bow lift eye on my 16 has come loose - it just spins left & right & rattles. I can't seem to tighten it from the top, and I'm too big to crawl through the ski storage to get underneath - any ideas?

My petite wife did the honors for me on my 18 footer. There was no way I was fitting in there.

Once you find the willing small person, tell them it might be the nut right under the deck that tightens against the ring, or it might be the nuts at the base of the 5/8 threaded rod that came loose.
