Can anyone tell me in what model year plywood was eliminated in stringers, floors etc? Looking at 30 or 32 ZF or ZFC

Early ZFs were built by Pro-Line Boats and were entirely wood-free, as Divinycell was used in place of wood throughout. Once ZF production was moved to Donzi, marine ply was used in the transom and aft stringers, for extra strength. Trying to recall exactly when the move was... I want to say 2000 or 2001.

Jefe would be the one to talk to (Team Jefe)

I know he loves his 30 - carries everyone, works great, runs awesome with the pair of canadian outboards on the back.....

My is Year One. One of the 15 '98's made....Josh pegged it, built at the Proline Factory and NO wood. I've been on a 2000 model and it was badged as built at the Proline shop. Not sure after that, but I think '01 was the last year for the 30ZF..... Maybe they were all built at Proline. The 32ZF and 29ZF were different hulls, so that might have been the break. It makes sense,......so then..... its probably wrong

Shea is right...I love that boat. But I can't say I'd buy that hull if I was shopping now. Most likely, I'd got for the 32ZF
