can't post until a moderator reviews?

why all of the sudden am i not allowed to post until a moderator reviews my post?

funny - it let me make this post, but the other 2 where i tried to reply to an existing thread could not be done until it is reviewed?

where did you try to post ??? if the thread was in the for sale section yes posts there need to be moderator approved for all members.
