I like to put a picture on the wall of any of the boats I complete and now that I'm done with the Biesemeyer its time.
Just cant decide on which one. What do you all think?

No question use the third one. She is a beauty, nice job on a very unique boat.

Third, for sure. Great picture of the boat, and much more "enticing" back ground in the picture.

Second one for certain, probably cropped even further. The sleek lines are horribly broken up in the other shots, due to the jagged, diffraction-like effect and excessive contrast. Just trace along them with your eye. Pic 3 has a great background, but it's not the boat's best angle by a longshot (maybe it's the down-angle that ruins it) and this pic is about the boat, not the river. Pic 3 has good landscape lighting for a postcard, but pic 2 has sexy sunset-like water glow and looks like a professional ad shot.

All the others need to be cropped if you don't want them to look like a family-album point-and-shoot camera shot. (The #1 problem with all amateur pics is TOO FAR AWAY, SUBJECT IS TOO SMALL) And cropping the other pics gets rid of a lot of the background positives anyhow.

It's all about the BOAT...crop that beast and make it shine.

Thanks folks and I hear you Ghost. I'm not really big on having all the backgrounds in the pictures but it has to fit in a 11 X 8.5 frame so it matches the rest already on the wall and the boat is not that big (tall) to fill it all so something has to be there.

I wont be making the picture till later tonight so there is plenty of time for others to chime in.
Thanks everyone!

I am partial to #3.

The boat came out beautiful. How does she run?

I'd definitely say the second one. It is a great angle and a good shot.

IMHO,#3 does it for me. Really shows off the hull better...Ed

If it is a digital photo, then the size can easily be adjusted to fit your frame if the photo needs to be cropped.

BTW, 2 or 3.

How does she run?

All I can say so far is ... WOW! I want to that again. I just wish we had flat water all the time but that would kill the 19 (it likes the water a little rougher).

I think #3 is a great shot. The boat looks really sleek.
