I want to change out the factory Corsa tip and replace with a Hardin straigh tip. I think that a 4 inch Diameter is the correct size. Am I correct?

to make life easier remove one (or both) of the tips before ordering. Measure the length of the tube that goes into the boat and make sure that the set you buy is at least as long as the set you have now.

I found that many of the aftermarket exhaust tips vary in length, probably to save money on material, but this can lead to a real PITA if the new ones are shorter because you'll then have to replace the exhaust hose too.

Good point on the size. I suspect most shops would tweak their off-the-shelf stuff for a small fee, if there is a difference. When I ordered my tips from Corsa a few months back they were building everything to order, not stocking too much. So if they have to make it...they can probably make it to your liking.

Did you get my email and photos? In the video with the engine running you might notice that you do not hear the internal flappers, but occasionally you might at idle. Absolutely not a problem though. The 10" Hardins are nice!
