I have ridden in a friends 42X Cig with twin 1,250s and #6 drives. It ran a best of 117 GPS mph. 138 seems optimistic to me.

Did a little looking. I think the Donzi is about 8700 lbs, where a 42 Cig might be closer to 11,500. Might explain any big difference.
