Removing bottom paint

I have a 28ZX what is a reasonable price to get the paint removed and re painted?

Bead/soda blast in the northeast will run you anywhere from $900.-$1400.,repaint with barrier coat and finish coat 2 of each $ 1000.

Now I don't want bottom paint on it, want it back to factory, but the $5500.00 was painted white, not Gel. Still seems high to me?
