Ditto what Fixx said. As sad as it would be, and at the risk of being branded a heretic, I suspect there is more money in splitting up the motor and the boat unless you find just the right buyer who appreciates that motor in particular. Of course, maybe with it being a v-drive boat (inefficient compared to sterndrives), perhaps the right sort of buyer for that setup would be the type who would.

Also, it's probably pretty tough to put a value on the boat without a better idea of condition, which pics might help with when you get them. Though some folks around here may know the market well enough to give you a range based on the range of conditions. Good luck with it--sounds like a very cool ride.

as mentioned condition is the key and also the seating configuration. do you have a hull number?

the 2+3 seating arrangement range from bad to good condition from 6k- 15k , the benchseat are from basket cases with no power or hardware 10k, decent project boats with all the hardware and no power 20k to running original condition 30k

the 427 is a big help to the value pics would definetly help
