Hey folks,

I'm about to spray the 502 crate motor in donzi teal to match the stripe and color accents on my classic 22.

I seem to recall seeing a link to a pretty nifty little seal up kit to cover all the ports and holes on the engine that some have used prior to painting. ...seems a whole lot easier than taping although that is an easy option too.

Can anyone direct me where I might look for these?

Thanks,

Jay

Yes, by all means, get yourself a Jaz kit!
They're available at any of the hot rod on line stores for about $20-$25.
As you can see there's a part for every hole.
They work great.
All the little holes, i.e., spark plug, bolt holes, etc have small pieces of wadded up paper towel stuck in them.

Also when you buy a crate engine it comes with a kit like that except not as nice and does not bolt in. You could probably score one for a few $$ if only going to use it once or twice.
