Have a 2001 28ft ZX & saw a similar Donzi in Fla with twin set of rails down the middle of bow on each side of the hatch
Wandering, would they be custom made or factory

Does anyone know where to locate or ????

Thanks

Did you see it from the top side or are you inferring that is where they were? The ZXO from the side looks identical to a regular ZX except for the railings...

I saw it from above ( it was a ZX ) believe it or not !!

Any help finding them or do you think they would have been custom made

I have never seen any rails on the deck of a ZX. Let us know if you find that boat again, would like to see the rails.

I have a 2000 ZX28, I would get a set if we can figure out if they are not just one of a kind.

We did a few bow rails on ZXs at the factory, so it's possible you saw an OEM one-off. You'd most likely need to bring someone to the boat to do it right. The supplier won't have the information to reproduce them at this point. In fact, they can't even reproduce the 16/18 Classic wraparound deck rail, because they trashed the jigs used to build them.

Those were installed at the factory.

I don't know your area, but a good S/S shop should be able to make anything you'd want fairly reasonably. Cheap...no, but not stupid money either.

I've found it was often similar money to have large pieces of s/s fab'ed locally vs buying the stuff from the factory when you consider the shipping costs. Sometimes a pretty good savings actually.

I'd be glad to point you in the right direction if you were here in NorCal, but .... well ....
