Was on the hunt for and then had to wait for this for months. Many emails back and forth to Marc Feinman (Solas Science and Engineering) along with anyone else that dealt with them. Finally ended up leaving one on back order a while ago. And then today out of the blue it came.

Brand new Solas 23P Left:drool::drool:. The only improvement I'm making to the 19 this year.

Ironically, I also just got the same prop about 10 days ago from an online website for very little - $275.41 delivered. Bill

That's what I paid. $275.41 to the penny.
You get it from SavvyBoater?

Yep. Last year another online business sent me two incorrect props at a higher price. I gave up until recently. I found one site for $265, but they didn't have it so Savvyboater had it and sent the right one. Bill

Got mine last week. Tried a number of so called dealers in Ontario but nobody could confirm delivery. Said pay for it now , you might get it in 3 months. Checked a number of dealers in the US, they had the prop but due to shipping costs, I was likely going to end up with an extra COD of $50 - $100 on delivery. Checked I-boats, had the prop, took care of the Customs, shipping and tax and still ended up $80 cheaper than in Canada. I-boats seems to be about the only marine supply that understands shipping to Canada and goes the extra distance to make it a great buying experience. $303 for the prop. Not as cheap as the $265 or the other price but I know the cost to my front door from those two places was about $40 more than Iboats. I got the prop in 5 days. Worth the effort and wait. Now if I can get the damn ice off the lake.

Funny, Marc could not find one for me for months and yet they are all over the place today. Someone doesn't know what production is doing or maybe it was me telling him over and over again that this prop is very wanted to the point he want me to sell them.

F_inscreenname, it is odd but I have been checking since November and Iboats always had the 21 P and the 23P LH in stock. I waited, trying to decide on size before I ordered in January.

fish,

the ones being discussed are the ones for the old volvo aq outdrives which are hard to find a good performing SS prop.
