In normal weather the surge brakes on my trailer are fine. I had what I'll call a "fun opportunity" to drag the boat through horrible rain and now I can see a real advantage to electric over hydraulic.

I did some searching and I can't find a conversion kit. I managed to find all the individual pieces but I was hoping for a more simple purchase.

Any advice?

BTW, I have 4 wheel Kodiak disk brakes with a Titan actuator.

How many individual pieces are there? Add the EOH pump, battery backup, new trailer wiring plug to make it pretty. Reconnect hose line to EOH pump. Or go nuts and install hard lines. The big issue IMHO is replacing/mod-ing the surge actuator to a solid unit.
What am I missing on the parts list?

Moding the surge is pretty straight forward, pull it all the way out drill through for a 3/4" bolt. Measure inside the slide section and cut a piece of pipe to support it then run the bolt through and crank it down hard. I have done a few with -0- issues. That being said I would go for a proportional brake controller, they are the tits hands down!!!!!!!!!!!
