1989 23 ft. cuddy cabin. Engine (V-8, OMC, about 500 hours) runs like new. New dual batteries, hull all buffed out and shiny. New lower unit (dam Corps of Engineers, only needed 3" more water - hull wasn't touched), all maintenance current. In rack storage or covered lift last five years I have owned it. Upoholstery is orginal (as in old, faded, servicable but next on the list for replacement). Includes tandem axle Shorelander trailer which has a new brake master cylinder - cosmetically fair condition. Cockpit cover keeps the dust out in storage but I would only use it as a pattern for a good one if plans call for much towing or mooring.
Picks and details available if interested. Have engine manual and helped create the User Manual for members of the regristry - in pdf format. Love the boat but moving to Colorado (not a lot of big water there).
