As some of you know, I sold my 22 Classic after fighting the King Cobra woes. I bought a 265 Seebold Eagle, but I just missed owning a Donzi.....

I sold the Seebold today, and went and bought a 1982 18' Classic. Its a 2 owner boat, new interior, original gel (white with black stripe), FWC Mercruiser 260 (alpha i'm assuming?), thru hull. Stringers were re-done in 2005. Boat is missing the front lifting eye, so if anyone has one of those laying around let me know.

I will post pics in the AM. Pretty excited to enjoy our last 75deg day on lake wa tomorrow.

Nice, sounds good. Maybe I can get some helpful hints for driving the boat.

Were you looking for an 18?

Wow - you're a crazy man. What is that, 3 boats in 3 years?

Good luck with the 18. I suspect Lenny was of no influence what so ever in the decision...

Agreed, Buiz. Time is of the essence now!

Congrats on the new Donzi. Hope you enjoy it. 18's are a little squirrelly, but a lot of fun. A true "driver's boat," if you will.

Get one of the "pop-up" lifting eyes...I think they are cheap around $500 :shocking:
