Made to order from the original patterns. We have the pattern for the 22 with fiberglass seat bases. Right now we're running around 3 weeks to complete:

Made by Bilt-Rite. They're really nice!

Cloud the one ones for a 16' from Donzi are only $385 and are top quality w/logo. You might be better off going that route unless you know of somebody quite cheaper....please tell.

I would guess it is the same but ask that in your other thread, people here WILL know better than Donzi would.

16 O/B is different than the I/O. We can reproduce original 16 I/O carpets going all the way back to the beginning - in fact we even have separate patterns for 1960s/70s boats with and without the gauge in the floor - but we don't currently have the pattern for the outboard.

We can use an old carpet for a pattern, or a pattern can be made using cardboard. We're more than happy to make a deal for anyone with a pattern to offer, whether it be a dash panel, carpet, etc., so we'll more than likely have the 16 O/B carpet for sale someday. In fact, we just patterned the Z-25 carpet and will have it on donzidirect.com shortly.

Nick, I should point out that our carpets don't have a logo in them, although we may do that at some point in the future.

Josh that is good to know. I did not think you had many "archives" earlier than the 90's.

No logo...why?

Thanks for the help and lowering of the carpet prices just for me :) . My main concern about the carpet is I like the boat W/O it and would hate to spend a bunch to say...NAH...I like the bare floor. Unlike these lake boaters, I have sand and salt water to deal with, carpet might be more of a pain than it is worth.

Haha! Yeah, no problem! I completely understand. I think you'll find that for your typical day at Beercan with you and wet & sandy passengers getting in and out of the boat (and maybe dealing with a sudden downpour or two), you'll probably wind up leaving the carpet behind. The good news is, it's quick and easy to throw in when you want it, and it does feel nice under your feet. I'm glad you found what you were looking for!

I'll see you on the water one of these days; I've been too busy and haven't been out since the poker run!
