Good one. The last deversity training I had to take was about stupid people.
The message was just because someone is not as smart as you or as quick to
get solutions to problems or can follow a complex idea as well as you doesn't
mean they are a less valued employee. Even if the are paid more then you. :bonk:

This was at a high tech company. So someone commented that stupid people
do serve a purpose, they make the rest of us look better. The comment was not well
received by the instructor.

The real "stupidity" of this professor's belief's is who's the judge of who's ugly?
If ugly people were to be compensated for ugliness, good looking people would want to get on the wagon. Where would it end?
Can you imagine people making themselves up to be ugly?
