Power is Mercury 5.0 EFI 260 hp Bravo 1, Mirage Plus 19"
5.000rpm = 49 mph (have not tried the limits so hard)

The new tank is stainless steel ("coating that new tank" - sorry but I dont understand ! )

Oops , I thought S/S was a no-no for boat gas tanks , so my mind's eye saw an untreated aluminium tank ..

I think you'll do a lot better than 49 mph with that package in the end . You def need to switch up to a 21p prop . I almost went with the 5litre package for mine as well but seeing there was a negligible price difference plus an extra 40 hp in the same space and the same weight I went with the 5.7.

What a difference - in Sweden, gas tanks are made of stainless steel.

I don't think that one's country of residence mitigates their use though.

Honestly , if it were suitable from what I've read , the St T and the Magnum would have them , cost be damned .

I notice no registration numbers, how does that work in Sweden? At least you don't "have" to have those large numbers on the side like some countries, makes your boat look like a commercial lobster boat.

Mine is still all original.. only put a new motor and some updated guages ... also had to put a new fuel tank in as the stainless one leaked badly after I cleaned it out....I didn't want to pull the old tank out due to having to cut on the boat.. I put a plastic tank under the console.. didn't effect the looks any that way.


Looks like you spent a lot of time and energy getting yours looking that good.. Did you have a Ford 302 in it originally? Curious as to how much transom work it took to put in the Bravo drive.
