I noticed the hose for my bilge pump was disconnected, upon further inspection I determined it was a broken exit flange. Being that the pump was still operating properly, I sought to buy a same-as replacement, thinking I would use the part I needed now and save the pump for later use. After an exhausting search of local inventories, to no avail, I turned to the net and the rest of the world, still no luck. My Bilge pump is a V1250, '02 Classic 18. I finally called Attwood directly, and spoke to Steve Hovinga ( Customer Technical Support 616.897.2421 ). Come to find out this pump has been out of production for two years. Steve was very gracious, said he had set aside a few of the bases for my pump, and sent me one no charge. This is exceptional P.R., I thought I'd share my experience.
