Does anyone know where there is a Cobalt boat that is the same as a Donzi for sale? ktack@tackaberryconstruction.com

There is/was two weeks ago, a Cobalt GT 500 Corsican "Splash Clone" copy for sale for a lowered $1200. price tag on the back bay marina area of Somes Point NJ..
A friend & I inspected this boat.
It has balsa wood core in it's hull bottom, which real Donzi boats did not. This bottom wood core now appears to be heavily water-logged and rotten in the aft third of this hull..
The transom balsa wood core is also rotted; as are the engine bed area stringers.
The deck is in very good shape.
The interior vinyl is shot.
All deck hardware is present.
Older Ford/ Volvo power.
Cheapo & half rusted trailer with dry rotted tires.

Ths may not help you very much way up in Canada ?

Perhapps this Corsican style deck could be swapped & used on a real Donzi project hull ?
One might build themselves a 1/2 & 1/2 "Splash" & Donzi Corsican Copy.

I just saw from your other thread/post that you already have a Cobalt GT-500 "Splash Clone Copy" ? ? ?

Are you looking for another Cobalt GT-500 ?
Possibly a parts donor boat ?
